The room was clean and spacious, and the mini bar was well stocked. The private Jacuzzi room was a true highlight of our honeymoon package. We had an incredible stay! The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and were accommodating. Additionally, the location was perfect, close to the ski slopes and easy transportation to the city.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this ski-in/ski-out hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and stunning mountain views. The spa and wellness facilities were a highlight, with a great pool and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While the hotel offered many great amenities, the food in the restaurant was lacking in variety and taste. the rooms were outdated and in need of some refurbishing.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the ski slopes of Jahorina mountain. The hotel offers an amazing ski-to-door experience, making it so convenient for us to hit the slopes. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, they made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were modern and comfortable, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a cozy stay. We also enjoyed the wonderful wellness facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool and the sauna.

We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our Thanksgiving vacation was quite enjoyable. the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming upgrade to a more spacious room with functional furniture that included two TVs and great WiFi connection. the breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of cold cuts. the location was perfect for us to explore the picturesque surroundings and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

It was quite surprising to see that customers were allowed to smoke in the restaurant, which definitely ruined our dining experience.
